Hello Charlotte! I am a licensed Realtor with eXp Realty and I have a passion for helping my clients find their dream home! I moved to North Carolina in 2014 from Des Moines, Iowa. As a transplant myself, and mom of three, I know how hard it can be to find the right home in the right area. It is especially hard to navigate these waters if you are a first time home buyer. I specialize in educating home buyers about the current market conditions and helping them find the best financing options to fit their needs.

I've had the privilege of working with refugees from Myanmar and also using my bi-lingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking clients. I currently hold certification as a: Strategic Pricing Specialist to help sellers maximize their profit and lessen the stress of selling a home, Accredited Buyer's Representative to better serve my first-time home buyers and Graduate REALTOR Institute. I am a member of the Mint Hill Chamber of Commerce as well as the National Association of Real Estate Brokers and Charlotte Crown as part of my continued commitment to promoting democracy in housing.
