SPEAR2Lead is a Multilingual Career Consulting, Professional Development, and Communication Firm established in June of 2020. The word SPEAR in the traditional sense can act both as a noun or a verb. As a noun a spear is “a weapon with a long shaft and a pointed tip, typically of metal, used for thrusting or throwing.” As a noun to spear means to “pierce or strike with a spear or other pointed object.
