Ganache Bakery Cafe

Since a very young age, Joan and Jamal have had a love for baking spending their afternoons in the kitchen while their siblings and friends were out playing and having fun, for to them, baking was playing and having fun.

As adults, their passion for creating delicious baked creations led them to attend the Florida Culinary Institute where they met, adopted each other as family, and earned their degrees in International Baking and Pastry.

In 2011 they founded Ganache Bakery Cafe. Working out of a catering kitchen, they are an online baking business located in West Palm Beach, FL. They have been featured in the Palm Beach Post, participated in the Palm Beach Food and Wine Festival, and catered for a birthday party for a local television newscaster.

Their business is quickly growing in popularity because they believe their purpose is to provide their customers with the highest quality baked products, all made from scratch to order and using only the finest ingredients. Their goal is to provide a one-of-a-kind experience through their creativity, honesty, integrity, and willingness the meet their customer’s needs.
