Ellis Infinity is the beverage company started by Cyril Byron’s great-granddaughter, Nailah Ellis. Once getting her hands on the Ellis Island Tea recipe, she took it, developed it, and brought it to market in 2008. From selling tea from the trunk of her car to now operating a state-of-the-art mass production facility in Detroit, MI, Nailah is the true mold of the grit and determination that her city embodies.
