Brooklyn Chop House, which combines traditional chophouse fare with dim sum, is the brainchild of Robert “Don Pooh” Cummins, a former music exec. Brooklyn Chop House’s new location, though in Manhattan, is steps away from the Brooklyn Bridge. The proximity to the bridge is part of where the name comes from.
